The hiking will begin at small chapel of St. George, to the top Magaro - 2255 meters above sea level. Galicica is a mountain located between Ohrid and Prespa Lake. Because of its exceptional natural beauty and characteristic flora and fauna, a large part of it, an area of 22,750 acres in 1958 was declared a national park. Famous for specific flora with 800 different plants and herbs of which 11 are endemic, as well as specific morphological forms for which this mountain is named for a 7-th most attractive parks in the world by National Geographic in 2002. Climbing on the marked trails on the mountain, you will be familiar with some of endemic plants. You will pass near two ancient theaters - big natural recessions example of specific morphology of the mountain. Visit the trenches of II World War. The road that leads to the top Magaro is filled with impressive landscapes. From the peak Magaro you can see the two valleys and two lakes - Ohrid and Prespa.
