Macedonian & Kosovo's Tour (6 days/5 nights)
Visit the most important cities and monuments in Macedonia and Kosovo. Visit the dynamic and energetic Kosovo and its cultural monuments of all the cultures that have lived in this area. While visit of Skopje, Bitola and Ohrid in Macedonia will give you chance to see different aspects of colorful Macedonia culture.
1 DAY: PRISTINA
Meeting of the group at Pristina’s airport. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation. After the short break, organized tour with professional tour guide of city of Pristina. Will be visited: Fatih Sultan Mehmed mosque and hamam, Sultan Murat mosque and turbe (grave), Jasha Pasha mosque… Time for individual activities. Back to the hotel. Overnight.
2 DAY: PRISTINA – PRIZREN - OHRID
Breakfast. After the breakfast, leaving the hotel and we will go to city of Prizren. Organized tour of Prizren with professional tour guide. Visit of: Sinan Pasha mosque, Turkish graves, Gazi Mehmet pasha hamam, Bajrakli mosque, Sadirvan - type of fountain that is usually built in the yard or entrance in front of mosques with main purpose of providing water for drinking or ritual washing, Helveti teke (religious school), Aladza mosque and Bektashi arabat teke. After the tour of Prizren, the trip continues to Macedonia – Ohrid. Accommodation in a hotel. Dinner.
3 DAY: OHRID – ST. NAUM MONASTERY - OHRID
Breakfast. After the breakfast, we will go on excursion to monastery of St. Naum. Situated between the greenery, where the river Black Drim flows into Lake Ohrid, 29 km distance from Ohrid and 1 km from the Albanian border. St. Naum is one of the most visited tourist destinations in Ohrid. Returning back to Ohrid. Organized tour of the old city: church St. Sophia, church Bogorodica Perivleptos, antique theater, visit of the Helveti teke. Returning back to the hotel. Dinner. Overnight.
4 DAY: OHRID – BITOLA – SKOPJE
Breakfast. Leaving the Ohrid and driving to the city of Bitola. Organized tour of the city with a professional tour guide. Visit of: Clock Tower, St. Dimitrija, old ottoman market, Isak Chelebi mosque, Museum of the city of Bitola and memorial house of Kemal Ataturk - father of modern day Turkey. The road goes through the cities of Prilep and Kavadarci to Skopje. Accommodation in hotel in Skopje. Dinner. Overnight.
5 DAY: SKOPJE – PRISTINA
Breakfast. After the breakfast we will have organized tour with professional tour guide of the city. Visit of: Skopje fortress, Jaja pashina mosque, Clock tower, bazaar (old part of the city, with its cobbled stone streets), National museum, Suli an (an were hotels in the Ottoman period), Kurshumli an, stone bridge, main square, memorial house of mother Teresa. After the excursion we are leaving for Pristina. Accommodation in a hotel in Pristina. Dinner. Overnight.
6 DAY: PRISTINA – AIRPORT PRISTINA
Breakfast. After the breakfast, transfer to the Pristina’s airport. End of the program.
